Part of a poem for my sister. Happy birthday LCB!!
Wasn't it done then undone, by
us and to us, enveloped, sid-
erated in a starship, listing
with liquids, helpless letters–
what else–pouring from that box,
little gaps, rattles and slants
Like mountains, pretty much worn down
-Michael Palmer, from "Letters to Zanzotto"

- My full-length book, Where We Think It Should Go, can be yours via Octopus Books, Small Press Distribution, or Amazon. We better celebrate these hard copies while we can. When I'm not writing poetry, I teach amazing young people who are blind. I believe in a healthier future.
