Autobiographical

My full-length book, Where We Think It Should Go, can be yours via Octopus Books, Small Press Distribution, or Amazon. We better celebrate these hard copies while we can. When I'm not writing poetry, I teach amazing young people who are blind. I believe in a healthier future.

Need to talk resolutions. I don't know that I've made any yet. Last year, on New Year's Eve, we set up a typewriter at my house for guests to write their resolutions down. I didn't know most of the people there, and what they wrote was pretty amazing/chaotic. I've been meaning to take a look and post some of them, so look for that soon.

Hi, it's a very great blog.
I could tell how much efforts you've taken on it.
Keep doing!

I think the whole trajectory of the year is messed up. We come into the year just having screwed with our health and routines by flying on planes and eating or drinking unhealthy amounts. Then we resolve, maybe, to get healthier or stable, but we know that every year with end the same way with all of it thrown out of whack by the holidays. I propose we move travelling holidays into the spring and fall where we can safely bounce back and also have beautiful weather where we visit.
